Chunky Choc Chip Oat Cookies Recipe

225g The Merry Mill Oat Flour

40g The Merry Mill Porridge oats

150g Unsalted butter

1 egg

2tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of salt

80g Coconut Sugar

200g Choc Chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC

  2. Blend the butter and sugar together in a bowl, then add the vanila extract and the egg. Beat together until smooth.

  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix together.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. Place teaspoon size amounts onto a baking tray and bake for 8 - 10 mins until golden.

  6. Place on a wire tray to cool.


We love them with a cup of tea :)
