1 bag (400g) The Merry Mill Porridge Oats
1 bag (400g) The Merry Mill Oat Flour
3/4 pt buttermilk
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Preheat your oven 230°C / 190°C fan / 350°F / gas mark 5. Line two baking trays with non stick baking paper
Sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl.
Add porridge oats and stir.
Make a well in the middle.
Add the wet ingredients, buttermilk and yoghurt, to the dry and mix.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
