Halloween Protein Ball Ghosts
Happy Halloween! Here is a Halloween twist on oat protein balls.
Ingredients
- 12 Small Organic Dates 
- 3 tbsp. Almond Butter 
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder 
- 5-6 tbsp. Water 
- 250g White chocolate 
- Cacao nibs to decorate faces (optional for decoration) 
Method
- Blend the dates and water in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency 
- Gradually add the other ingredients - almond butter, oats, protein powder, 
- Once the mixture is completely blended take teaspoon sizes amounts and roll into a ball. 
- Melt 250g of chocolate and pour over each bite. Create spooky faces using cacao nibs. 
- Leave in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
