The Merry Mill is a family-run organic farm and mill located in County Laois, Ireland. The Scully Family takes pride in producing a range of premium organic gluten-free foods, including irish organic gluten free oats, organic gluten free flour, and organic produce.

In fact, they've even built Ireland's first organic gluten-free oat mill! From growing and harvesting to milling and packing, the Scully’s control every aspect of the production process to ensure the highest quality gluten-free food. Their products consistently test below 5ppm for gluten, so you can trust that you're getting the best quality foods.
