Organic Panfried Granola

The healthiest recipe you will ever make on a frying pan. Crunchy granola is a light delicious way to eat oats during the Summer months.

Ingredients

150G The Merry Mill Porridge Oats

Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Tsp Chia Seeds

Tbsp Flax Seeds

Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Tbsp Sliced almonds

Hanful chopped Mixed nuts

Tbsp Agave Syrup (or chosen sweetener)

Method:

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Place a frying pan over a medium heat.

  3. Pour the mixture onto the pan, add agave syrup (to bind it into chunks) and toast for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Store for breakfast for the week.

  5. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit

Top tip: the easiest way to make this is use overnight oats - the seeds are already mixed in, all you need to do is add agave syrup or honey and toast on a frying a pan!
