Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

30g The Merry Mill Oat boost 

90ml Oat milk ( OR water, almond milk, soy milk.. )

Handful of blueberries or fruit of your choice 



Method

1. Place the oat boost and oat milk into a jar and stir 

2. Soak overnight in the fridge 

3. Eat cold in the morning with fruit or honey
