Each bag has 12 month shelf life. The Merry Mill mills fresh oats everyday to fulfill orders. They don’t carry stock so you can rest assured your bag has been created just for you.

The Merry Mill oats are certified gluten free by ALS laboratories. In Ireland, for a product to be labelled gluten free it must test below 20 parts per million. The Merry Mill oats test below 5ppm.

Yes, our oats are microwaveable. The quantity and time is up to you. We recommend 80g per portion with water/ milk.
