Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), lemon juice*, ginger* (0.3%), lemongrass*, birdseye chili* (0,01%), spices (cardamom*, fennel*, cloves*, star anise*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion (water stevia leaf*), water kefir culture*.
