Our unique fermentation process utilises traditional water kefir grains, with gut-friendly cultures. Over a 14-day can conditioning period, these cultures not only enhance the flavour but also naturally carbonate the drink, resulting in a refreshing effervescence that’s as good for your gut.

Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), ginger* (0.2%), lemon juice*, lemongrass* (0.3%), turmeric*, spices (cardamom*, fennel*, star anise*, cloves*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion* (water, stevia leaf*), water kefir culture*.
